Yes, you can. You need to have your own domain. If you already have the domain, you can add it to the StoreHippo admin panel and set up the domain to point it to StoreHippo servers using the domain providers panel.
Can I downgrade/upgrade my plan at any time I want?
Yes, StoreHippo lets you upgrade/downgrade your plan. Once your current plan is over, you can change your plan i.e. upgrade/downgrade as per the features you need at that point in time.
Do you have any transaction fees?
StoreHippo follows a fair fee policy when it comes to transaction charges. Every subscription plan has a limit on the online sales volume. Once the customer exceeds the limit as per their plan, a nominal percentage-based or fixed charge is levied on total sales above the limit.
Do you help in migration to StoreHippo?
Yes, StoreHippo helps to make your migration process very smooth and painless. If you already have an ecommerce website or are using a different ecommerce platform for your business, you can migrate to StoreHippo in a few simple and easy steps. From basic store setup and organising products to setting up your website and apps, we provide guidance and support at each step of your migration.
Can I take my data if I move out of the platform?
StoreHippo allows you to export most of the store’s backend data like products, customers, orders etc. through APIs and Bulk exports.
Can I cancel my plan any time?
Yes, you can cancel your plan anytime. However, no refunds are available on the subscription fee for the remaining period of your subscription
Can I get help with the store setup?
Yes, we provide full guidance and support in the initial store setup.
Can I put my subscription on hold if I am not using the store for a certain period of time?
Yes, StoreHippo allows you to put your subscription on hold once during your subscription period for a maximum of 3 months. The storefronts and admin dashboard will be inaccessible while the subscription is on hold.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount on annual plans and a 20% discount on biennial plans, when they are paid upfront.
Do you provide hosting?
Yes, we provide secure, unlimited hosting. The client's website will be hosted on our platform only.
What are your bandwidth fees?
We do not charge any bandwidth fees. Irrespective of how many online visitor your store have or how many files/images you upload, your bandwidth fees will be always zero.

Is there a limit on number of products in Enterprise plans?
StoreHippo Enterprise Plans support unlimited products. After the first 100,000 products, new products are throttled at 1000 products per day.
What is covered under Developer Support?
The developer support refers to the provision of assistance & guidance from software developers to your team for knowledge transfers related to APIs, front end tech, platform, webhooks etc. The same will be done via a screen sharing call and restricted to 3 calls a month. This does not include support for custom developments. For custom developments we assign developers on retainer which is chargeable separately.
